Toy Odyssey: The Lost and Found is a 2D action and platform game similar to Castlevania or Metroid, that adds hundreds of rogue-like and tower defense elements into the mix. Plus, the setting and the story of the game will inevitably remind you of the beloved Toy Story.
The control system in Toy Odyssey: The Lost and Found is really simple, accurate and comfortable to use. On the left side of the screen you'll find the buttons that you can use to move towards the left, right and squat. The jump and action buttons are to the right and you'll also see a mini-map on the upper part of the screen.
At first sight, Toy Odyssey: The Lost and Found might seem really similar to the traditional 'metroidvania', where you have to explore 2D settings and fight against a ton of enemies (there are more 300 kinds of enemies). But there's actually a lot more to it. For example, when you start saving your toy friends and collecting more materials, you can start building defense elements inside your base.
Without a doubt, one of the most interesting aspects of Toy Odyssey: The Lost and Found is that the levels are randomly generated. Every time your character loses in combat, you'll go back to your base. And, every time you start playing again, the settings will be randomly generated, so you'll rarely play inside the same setting twice.
Toy Odyssey: The Lost and Found is a really unique a brilliant game that successfully combines different genres to offer you a true console and PC experience in your Android. The game also includes absolutely beautiful visuals and a great soundtrack.
